Bug still present in 3.0.8.1! Come on, devs, when are you going to fix this??? It's not a driver bug, don't blame it on ATI and nVidia!

Yes, and it also happens in bridge, night, clear. not only alley

Hm? There is no glass in bridge anywhere. This bug is only relevant on alley, since no other map has glass in such important locations.

No, not glass, but breakable windows. there are some in cars on bridge and inside the building in pipeline.

i dunno how to send a picture here, but if i did, id show you a few snapshots i got, 2 in bridge, 1 in pipe. took one each time it happened to me.

This is at least partially server-side. Clanmates and I confirmed that we were seeing several windows in common that were checkered/black, and if one of us had broken glass textures on the map, usually everyone had some. Interestingly enough, server restarts without exiting the game fixed the issue temporarily. Perhaps an issue with the server attempting to assign decals or spiderwebbing to glass that isn't fully initialized on the client yet?

ATTENTION: I believe I figured out the cause of this bug or at least a work around.

If you load into the map after glass has been broken it will appear colored/black for you in the proceeding rounds. If however, you load in between rounds before the glass has been broken it will apear correctly and you will not have this bug.

I need to test it more, but my first trial supports this theory.

I just wanted to confirm that what I stated is indeed the case. If you load in between rounds and you will get no black/colored glass. It seems like the glass textures never get loaded for the broken windows which is why when they are restored to their unbroken state it displays them as black/colored.
