 AA2 game crashes when joining server/authenticating account

hi, im new to AA2, i just recently installed it through deploy client, i had to fix some files so i used americas army utility package, then the game worked fine, i went to do some trainings first, and everything worked perfectly

but when i decided to go online, i joined a server, which downloaded and updated pb, after that, my system freezed at screen "authenticating account" or something like that

i am trying to find a fix for quite some time now, but i only end up with aa3 fixes

please help

Game Log File Request Prompt

Please include a copy of your game log file. If you do not know how to obtain this log file, please follow the steps listed below:

    Click Start, My Computer, Local Disk ( C: ), Program Files.

    Go to the America's Army\System directory and open the ArmyOps.log file with a text editor (ie. notepad). If you cannot find this file, you may need to un-check "hide extensions of known file types".

    Highlight the section near the end of the file, a couple of minutes worth of log is enough. Use the key combination Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste the list into an America's Army forum reply.


On Vista the log file will be here:
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\America's Army\System
