I`m a new AA player - at least I`m trying to be... - and I have a MAC OS X. The version available (as I know) is 2.5.0 for MACs. I made the download and started the game, also made my registration at AA official site, but I can`t register my personnel jacket or continue the training because appears this:

"PROBLEM LOADING PROFILE: your internet connection may be down or the authorization server may be undergoing maintenance".

My firewall is off, I don`t have a router (I use a modem) and as I readed in some foruns to connect by IP adress
is not the issue, cause I can`t even register my player.

Who can help me? I also looked for up dates (are there patches 2.5.0a and 2.5.0b?) . Do I need this patches?

The way to fix alot of these problems is to get 2.5 Assist from 25assist.com, but that site has been down for some time (about a week or two).

I'll see what else I can dig up for ya.

I wonder: I readed at another post that it could be a problem of lack of memory space (on the HD). What do u think? And how I see my memory size? I know I have 1 GB ddr2 SDRAM, the hard drive space is 160 GB.

Your computer hardware makes no difference in regards to you "saving" your training.

IRON
My problem is common as I readed other new players questions on AA 2.5.0 for MAC. I can`t even register my campain on training so that I can go further on the game. And I can`t register my personnel jacket - I get no connection to master server. I readed about 2.5Assist as well and the site I looked for was down too. I need serious help.

You will need to wait a while, mac is the least supported version of the game.

It may help if you post your problem on the forum at http://draat.net

It's a 2.5-only forum where you'll find many other Mac players (in addition to Linux and some Windows) who can likely help you. I've never had that specific issue so I can't really speak about it, but I recall o thers having it and fixing it. So someone there should be able to help.

If you're running PeerGuardian, disable it when you open your game. It blocks the A*A servers by default last time I checked.

Ok, tkx. But what is it? I still can`t play on MAC. Is there a version on DVD of the game that I can Buy?
