Hi [Rly]Murdock,

You should look online at the America's Army Manual on how to setup and install the Linux Dedicated server. If you have any specific questions not covered in the manual feel free to come back here and ask.

Any version that can be use to AA 2.8.31

BTW I use this version http://treefort.icculus.org/ar...tar.bz2

But i stop when I come to this part of manual:
" Basic Setup

Now that the America's Army Dedicated Linux Server has been installed, you are ready to set up the server.
[edit]
Basic Server Settings Defined"

I don't know how to find the settings, because when I come to navigate to the System directory of the Server install I stop because I dont know what I must do next:
"
AA:~$ cd aops260-linux-server-justchangesfrom250/System
AA:~/aops260-linux-server-justchangesfrom250/System$
"

Thanks

The Server version you just posted is not a full server install but rather just a patch for version 2.5 to 2.6. This is why you cannot find the files you need.

You can find server download links for the full server download for the lastest version of america's army(2.8.4) here: http://forum.americasarmy.com/...=285317

Thanks, I have a small problem now I install it but i dont know how to do this step:

Basic Setup

Basic Server Settings Defined

This section covers the basic settings that can safely be changed and the settings that need to be changed to have your server listed on the America's Army in-game browser.

When I finish install:

aa.2.8.4.0/Briefings/sfwatertreatment_team1.txt
aa.2.8.4.0/Briefings/weapons_cache.txt
aa.2.8.4.0/Briefings/SFDockside.txt
:~$ cd aa.2.8.4.0/System
:~/aa.2.8.4.0/System$
:~/aa.2.8.4.0/System$
:~/aa.2.8.4.0/System$

(I press eneter two times)

And now dont know how I get the settings...
