God Bless Dev for IC map
i will never forget when my best round on that map when you had 4 nade
i rush out from house to assault and kill all the team alone 10 player
in the old day's no one was equal to my skill there dam it was fun .

but when the remove the nade's and the did some gun change's
the kill defense chance .
btw why the hell the leave the 203 nade's on 6 ?

my last best map Steamroller the only way to win me is to cheat against me

Those was best days of my online playing. I played this game 7 years, made rlly good friends in this game. When they release 3.0 they broke my heart when i saw what is this, and how they screw 203's. For me best maps was IC, Hospital and Steamroller. Rlly this was nice game and would be nice that DEV's remake AA2 coz from all other fps games this is No.1.
Also remember the times when on IC was not invisible wall in air and from def u was able to spamm assault xD.
All i can say best regards to all those ppl who know me and who played with me and maybe reading this forum. Regards from {=L-P=}_Tito

Or when the AA site was just yellow font on a plain black background (like a blog almost)?
The huge hype about being able to finally drive the Stryker in Overmatch?
When we actually had sniper rifles?
The Barrett.
2d sights.
The race between foufoulala and that other guy to be the first to 100 honor? (all they played was fls iirc)
When there was no intro music?
Hand signals? (not that anyone used them but still)

Ohh, good times...

What a nice memories...

I remember the times when I was on TeamSpeak with 15 to 20 clan members and we were making so much noise we could not hear the enemy sneaking from behind Smile.
I remember how happy I was each time I threw a cooked nade into the church tower at MOUT and killed a camper.
I remember the time when my clan had 1 honor and 1 authorized server and they were both full of people playing AA or battling other clans in the clan wars.
I remember the adrenalin rush I felt when I ran into the face of the enemy on Urban Assault.
I remember when the servers were full and I had to refresh the server list dozens of times just to find an empty spot on a server with a good ping.
I remember when DEV's actually entered public servers and roamed among us "commons"...
I remember when the DEV's were decent enough to admit they made a mistake and make promise to repair it in the next patch.

For me 3.0 is totally wrong... like playing some other FPS and not something I played for the full 5 years day after day. None of my clan members play AA anymore and I think almost all clans in my country are now inactive (maybe a few people are still playing as individuals but still wearing clan-tag).
I entered AAO 3.0 several times, managed to get a few kills and always exited with a sad notion that the good old times of AAO 2.x will never come back.

RIP [NOB] clan
RIP =SFF= clan
RIP SD-SER clan and many other

Geez. I miss the old community. This thread is depressing.

I did play CSAR for the first time in five years tonight and had a laugh....even though I couldn't remember any of the keyboard commands or anything.

I notice a few people still here from.....way back.....

This has been a test of the Emergency Flame Fest system. Please do not adjust your set.

Remember when people played on US Army Official Servers? I really miss that now the only servers with people in them have texts of rules and abusive admins...

True. I had seen a bit of decline of those servers being used, though ironically, people say that buying a server on their own is expensive. Hmm...
