This is about the little icons next to players' name that denote different things like the "active Duty" star.

How about giving us vets an icon?

I say the vets have earned it. It just shows a lack of respect for those who have sacrificed. I have a little less respect for the developers now. Evil or Very Mad

This has been modeled into the game, but unless we get a weapon viewpoint looking down the weapon, with the crosshair removed, ala Joint Operations, this mod is useless.

There is actually a wayto make this mod work without removing the crosshair. Half-Life Opposing Force had a Deser Eagle .357 with Laser Sight and crosshair and made it work. When the laser is on accuracy is given a large boost, but you move slower.

You might also want to put in, about the Desert Eagle, that it's a horrible combat pistol? its size, weight, recoil and accuracy are all horrible for whatever bragging rights such an inordinately round garners you.

dont diss the desert eagle its recoil isnt crazy it is very controllable but i agree since the military doesnt use them dont put them in the game

We should give Desert Eagles with 6-inch barrels to everyone who wants them and laugh as the go blind from the muzzle flash and deaf from the noise. Cheesy Grin

Oh dear, the Deagle has reared it's head again Sad

Suffice to say, 99% of the world's military forces would probably laugh at someone attempting to use the Desert Eagles on a battlefield.

But it looks cool

Psst - the Desert Eagle (no such thing as Deagle Very Happy ) is really ugly.

about the combat knife thing... it would be pretty pointless. the likeliness of you and your enemy running out of ammo completely and not have any guns to pick up is so low it probably won't ever happen. Also, knives are point blank weps so you would need to sneak up on the enemy to kill em. It's like using an m9 vs some1 with a crows 50 cal.. also, your gun won't melt or break in game or anything, so even those rare circumstances in real life won't happen. didn't they already have a knife and took it out for that reason?

What about being able to move while you're bi-pod is down. Obviously in real life you can move while its down. And flash nades, if you're looking the opposite direction how would it blind you? You could still hear the bang of course but not get blinded.
Any thoughts?

Any thoughts?

1. Bipod - it's like that for balance as well as for engine issues.

2. Looking away from a flashbang[aspdf do a search!!!!
-The light reflects off surfaces.
-The shockwave that comes from the flashbang will still have enough force to disorient in a way equivalent to being blinded.

Can I fly the Blackhawk?

No one knows for sure. Don't bet on it, though. Suicidal and bad pilots would get a whole squad killed

Suicidal and bad pilots ..-then make a hard training....and something like limit - for excample - players who have honor below 40 just cant be / or cant train to become a pilot....

I'd like to see BH's in AA...that would be just purfect..Smile)
